Described as a happy-go-lucky person, Michael Agerter was a resident of Maricopa, Arizona. He recently parted ways with his ex-girlfriend Kathryn Sinkevitch and was reportedly involved in a custody battle regarding their infant child. Michael hoped things to get better but to his surprise, everything ended abruptly. The Arizona man was shot thrice inside his own car.
